One X Attendant Com Bean Error

If you see the error “failed to create com interface bean” then it could be due to the fact the machine has recently had a java update. Try this first if it fails you will need to re-install One X Attendant.

You need to modify the registry key of the One X Attendant

Goto Start RUN regedit

Then check under the following path;

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\JavaSoft\Java Plug-in\1.3.1]

“JavaHome”=”C:\\Program Files\\Avaya\\Avaya one-X Attendant\\JRE
